Speaking with them on their level and not browbeating and condescending to them.  Amazing results come from affording someone the basic dignity that every human has a right to expect from others.  Gives you the opportunity to give a little extra to the ones that are doing a particularly good job too.  An occasional bonus, or well done cookout is a nice touch but doesn&#039;t even come close to the day to day recognition that one gets from just being spoken to in a dignified way.</description>
