Disable auto update and do the updates manually. You can do this in the Control Panel under security center
Disable automatic updates .
-right click on my computer
-properties
-automatic updates tab and un-check the box .
I hate how windows home edition does this , what if you were working on something ?
Not to be too simplistic here, but wouldn’t a cheap alarm clock be the better solution?
