How to make sure my computer won’t restart?
My phone died recently so I relied on an alarm to wake to any PC mattina.Il problem is that sometimes my computer restarts during the night because of upgrades or anything else, and the alarm is disabled. How can I ensure that this does not happen?

Disable auto update and do the updates manually. You can do this in the Control Panel under security center

Disable automatic updates .
-right click on my computer
-properties
-automatic updates tab and un-check the box .
I hate how windows home edition does this , what if you were working on something ?

Not to be too simplistic here, but wouldn’t a cheap alarm clock be the better solution?
