Can people give me tips on loosing weight?

I’m over weight but not that much and i really want to loose weight can you guys give me some tips.I don’t eat much i’m 4’9 and weigh about 139 pounds.My cousin eats other peopel around me eat way more and they are still skinny they most of them don’t even exersise.So can people lpease give me tips.

    You may be one of those people that has to exercise, not all bodies are the same. Diet and exercise!!!

    .Excersise [maybe start off by walking for 20 mins a day] when you feel more energized after a while start to jog for 10-15 mins.
    .Eat healthy- go on a low fat/calorie healthy diet[eat small meals a day]. DO NOT starve yourself!

    If you want to lose weight fast, I have a diet from a Cardiologist, that they give to heart patients before surgery. You can lose up to 52 lbs in just 2 1/2 months.

    Breakfast
    1/2 glass grapefruit juice or 1/2 grapefruit
    2 eggs cooked any way
    1 slice bacon

    Lunch
    1/2 grapefruit or juice
    salad any kind, any dressing
    with meat

    Dinner
    1/2 grapefruit or juice
    meat cooked any way, as much as you want
    vegetable any kind, as much as you want

    Snack
    V-8 juice or skim milk

    If you get tired of the eggs, like I did, I substituted with a green apple and peanut butter

    You see grapefruit is a catalyst, which burns fat, so if you drink it with every meal, you will lose weight 3x faster

    eat less fatty food eat less carbs. exercise more. walk briskly for an hour each day. also think thin. train your brain to send signals
    to make you leaner. sounds crazy, but the brain can do many amazing things. try it.good luck

    look i know the secret the thing is that most people don’t truly want to lose the weight if you are serious then do this and it will be guarantee to work you must eat only saled and i mean only saled with no dressing just saled with a bit of salt do eat it as many times as you want and every time you get hungry after a month you will start to loose weight like a person on crack

    Diet and exercise, eat 3 square meals a day and when u want 2 snak eat a peice ov fruit. You know how far to push your self.

    go to e-diets.com. thats how i lost 25lbs.

    Don’t go on dramatic diets – you are still growing, and need to eat. But here is my suggestion. When you are thirsty, only drink water or milk. No soda pop, no slurpies, no koolaid, no fancy coffees. Those drinks are all LOADED with calories, and have no nutritional value whatsoever.

    I’ll bet if you make only this one change to your diet, you will lose weight – and it will be that fat jiggly belly weight that you lose!

    drink about 4 bottles of water a day
