I thought why bother spending £75 in a salon when I could try it myself? I brought JEROME RUSSEL HIGHLIGHTING KIT I was very pleasantly surprised! I love it. Not a major change, although I can't go too much lighter, but I will definately use it again, It helps you decide how long to leave it on for and explains how to do a full head... highlights ...or your roots. This kit had the bleach powder and the bleaching cream, So far so good, my hair surprised me :) x Exactly why yesterday I was wrestling with a highlighting cap :)

What you are paying for is the beauty school certificate of the beautician who's wrapping your hair in rollers and dye. Just follow the directions carefully. About $60.
