   Girl you need to work on your grammar, I can hardly understand what you’re saying. Is the friend’s hair black or red? If its black then to see the red you’ll likely need to bleach the tips first.

   You need to bleach their ends first and then apply a red like manic panic. Since the hair is already black, you’ll need a decently strong bleach. Be careful if the hair is compromised or damaged. Bleach will cause further damage. If it’s ok, then go for it. Get a trim after the color is applied.

   Buy a hair dying brush to brush on the bleach just on the tips of her hair. Have her leave her hair down when you do this. Then let it develop according to the directions, and rinse it out. Then follow the directions on the red hair dye (dont use regular drugstore red – it may go pink or orange). Try Manic Panic or one of those. This is how I always did my Asian friend’s hair Good luck!
