I’ve been exercising and eating healthy but I can’t lose weight.
I’m not afraid to use drugs or any other ways to do it. Any tips or tricks will be greatly appreciated, even appetite suppressant tips I will take.
Thanks <3

i absolutely sure you don’t need to lose weight! i mean you’re in the correct bmi, is not healty to be try to be underweight if its not your body type. i mean ppl always tell me i’m skinny and i’m just 5’6 and 138 pounds!
Your weight sounds good for your height….TRULY…..consider yourself fortunate…but eating properly and exercising will keep you healthy and strong and don’t forget as you exercise you build muscle and lose fat so you may not see a major difference on the scale. Don’t dwell on this…..if you feel good and are doing all the right things. There are many of us who’d love to be 131 @5’7″…that’s awesome!!!!! One thing you need to be doing if you aren’t already, is drinking LOTS of water….I drink about 60 to 80 ounces a day and it is good for many reasons…it hydrates your skin and vital organs and also keeps you full between meals. I’ve tried about 1/2 of the (so-called) suppressants on the market and none have worked…all I did was waste alot of money. Work at staying healthy and active……that’s all you need! Good luck….stay cool!!!!
Hi Olivia,
It sounds as though you have a great diet and exercise enough each week. The one thing you did not mention was getting enough sleep. With your busy lifestyle, are you getting enough sleep each night? The more sleep, the better. In order for your metabolism to be consistent, a steady amount of sleep is required. I hope this helps!

shoot for 64 oz of water a day (this is sometimes really hard to get used to). also, maintain good sleeping habits. 7-9 hours a night, 8 hours ideally. also, make sure your definition of eating healthy is accurate.
